Christine’s responsibilities within the agency include business development, strategic planning and branding. She oversees the overall quality and standards control, ensuring the best possible product for our clients and the best possible reputation for our organization. She prides herself in quick turnaround, creative ideas and happy clients. Christine founded FosterMartin in 2002, and has grown the business to the full service agency that it is today. Christine started her industry career at Turning Stone Casino Resort in the early 1990’s to exercise her marketing degree from Syracuse University. For 7 years she worked in the marketing department, quickly escalating to the position of Director of Marketing. Her duties included running the 15 person in-house agency and she was responsible for the successful planning, design and execution of all advertising campaigns, direct marketing programs, online marketing initiatives, and customer relationship and loyalty programs. In 2002 Christine left the casino to open her start-up agency, FosterMartin, a resort and destination marketing agency. She has since been working with some of the leaders in the entertainment, travel and tourism industries.
Foster wears many hats at the agency. He is a website developer, responsive email designer and designer. This responsive email design skill is not easy to find and his abilities allow FosterMartin to offer custom messages that are visible on any mobile device. Foster oversees the creative aspects of every FosterMartin project. Foster brings almost 27 years industry experience and 19 years entertainment, travel destination and hospitality marketing experience. He has partnered with Christine since their college days and worked alongside her in the marketing department at Turning Stone Casino as the Internet Marketing Manager. Foster is also an exceptionally talented designer and illustrator and is a valuable creative resource to FosterMartin and our clients. He is the team referee and tie breaker when we are at odds about a design direction, color palette or font selection. Foster always knows best.

Brian’s diverse background allows him to serve as a fountain of knowledge on many areas of the business, including strategy and planning, technical direction, user experience, and client relations. Brian serves as the technical coordinator for all development tasks to ensure completion to specifications and to the client objectives. With 15 years of business experience, Brian’s career has given him a strong foundation in all areas of business at both the strategic and tactical levels. He has worked with companies of all sizes and in multiple industries, including gaming and entertainment, financial services, local government, restaurant management, retail, public schools, technology, and distribution. Brian has led numerous efforts in process improvement, strategic planning, vendor and software selection, and software implementation.
